Google announced an AI framework on Tuesday to help businesses build and deliver AI applications and services.
The company will leverage the OpenAI framework, a collaborative AI technology platform, as part of its effort to create AI products that work better for businesses.
The framework will help businesses create and integrate AI applications that integrate well with existing business processes and data, including data management, reporting, analytics, security and other systems, the company said.
Google’s announcement comes as the tech giant has been under scrutiny for its lack of transparency over its efforts to build AI-powered products and services, particularly in the areas of search and voice search.
Google has faced criticism from some customers for using its Google Brain platform to power its artificial intelligence products, which it said had been created for “personal use.”
